This document is the Non‐Technical Summary for the Environmental & Social Impact Assessment. It is a stand‐alone document, which provides interested parties and stakeholders, such as members of the public, with a short
overview of the ESIA in non‐technical language.

It provides an overview of the Project, identifies sensitivities and constraints of the Project site and surrounding area, and summarises the findings of the environmental and social assessment and measures to manage potential
risks and enhance benefits of the Project.
