Mr. Aboubaker Omar Hadi Chairman

Aboubaker Omar Hadi is the current Chairman of Great Horn Investment Holdings SAS (“GHIH”) and has four decades of experience working in the Maritime and Transport industry. Since 2011,
Mr. Hadi has served as the Chairman of the Djibouti Ports and Free Zone Authority and has spearheaded projects worth over US$15 billion.
Mr. Hadi played a pivotal role in developing the strong trade relations between Ethiopia and Djibouti as one of the first port officials to visit Addis Ababa in the early 1990s and spearheaded Ethiopia’s strategic shift towards the port of Djibouti in 1998.

Mr. Oliver Andrews Director

Oliver is the Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer at the AFC. Oliver oversees investments strategic formulation, origination and business development, portfolio management, and execution of investments across a wide range of products including structured products, sovereign lending, project development.

Oliver has over 35 years’ experience in infrastructure development, investing, public-private partnerships, and strategic advisory – advising and partnering with governments, regional and international institutions, international corporations, and DFIs.

Mr. Amadou Wadda Director

Amadou is an infrastructure developer, civil engineer, and investment banker with over 25 years of experience in the public and private sector across various infrastructure sectors in Africa.

He has directly and in a supporting capacity successfully originated, closed, and commissioned several roads, bridge, power, natural resources, and heavy industry projects across the continent.

He has extensive experience in developing and successfully managing infrastructure projects in complex socio-political working environments.

Amadou is currently a Senior Director Project Development and Technical Solutions at the Africa Finance Corporation (AFC) where he also previously served between 2008 and 2015 as a Senior Vice President and Head of the Project Development Division.

Ms. Albane Psaume Director

Albane Psaume is a Red Sea Power board director. She is an Asset Manager at Climate Fund Manager (the fund manager of CEF a shareholder in Red Sea Power) and her responsibilities include looking after various CFM projects in Africa including Red Sea Power.

Prior to joining CFM, Albane has been working in the infrastructure and renewable fund management sector for more than 12 years in Europe.

Mr. Ludger Middendorp Director

Ludger Middendorp is a Senior Investment Officer in the Private Equity Energy team of FMO. Ludger joined FMO in 2016.

He is an investment professional with more than 10 years of experience in equity and debt financing in the (renewable) energy sector.
As an Investment Officer, he is responsible for origination, structuring, execution, and portfolio management of private equity investments in the (renewable) energy sector in Africa.
